Can any user create an app?
App creation and management are available to users with the builder role. Other users primarily use the App Store and their personal dashboard.
Are there restrictions on runtime environments?
If your app runs in a container, you can use any language or framework. Deploy it as you built it, without rewriting it for a fixed platform, and allocate the resources it needs.
Can I use it with Claude Code or Codex?
